Is there any way I can hide these “shipping days”? My buyers keep misunderstanding that they will get the item in 3 business days after they place orders… I can hide these WRONG estimated shipping days and only show the shipping method if the buyer doesn’t use ShopPay to checkout. However, if they chose ShopPay to checkout, this wrong info still showed and bring me lots of trouble. I contacted Shopify customer service and they said there’s no way to change it or hide it…

The issues is not from Shopify or shop pay payment method it’s from the shipping provider you’re using and not Shopify

Only checkout by ShopPay shows the wrong info.
Also the Shopify agent told me the reason is because it’s a ShopPay feature and they can’t change it.

Since it’s only shop pay that has the wrong info you can either deactivate the payment Method and go with other gateway providers or better still use it like that.
And also once you have a customer that uses it you have to reach out to them telling them the shipping date or else get the payment option remove or what’s your opinion?
