I hope I’ve selected the proper Location for my question. I’m not very experienced with using Shopify.
My boss wants to remove the current checkout process. After a customer enters all the required info to place an order on a product, she wants there to be a pop up of some sort saying that someone will be in touch shortly to process the customer’s order. We want an email of the order to be sent to a specific email address.
Is there a way I can do this through the admin/editor on the left side of the screen, or an easy way to do achieve this in general? I’m hoping there’s no editing of the code involved, and if there is, I’ll need the process to be explained to me like I’m a child.
