How can I modify the color scheme of my policy and cart pages?

2 questions:

1: I want to change the color of my policy pages, i cannot edit them. I am talking about ‘terms of service’ ‘privacy policy’ and ‘refund policy’. They are black with white letters but i want the page white with black letters.

2: I have the same problem for my cart page when there is nothing in my cart. This page is black as well but I want it white with black letters.

what theme are you using?
In shopify
go to online store > theme → click on customization and (leftside there will be theme setting). You can change the background and color.

Most of the theme works that way.
