How can I modify the display of product ratings on my site?

Hi, My site is: SILVENU

I downloaded a ratings app that displays Stars and Ex. “124 ratings” under products on my collection pages.

I would like to change this to saying “(124)” instead, and maybe even change the color of the stars to black.

If anyone knows how to do this, I would really appreciate it!!!
