I’ve been trying to customize my email sign up form for a while with no luck. What I’m trying to do is add a couple of extra fields like first name, last name and a select field where users can choose what type of news they would like to receive. Anyway, so far I’ve only tried to add a name field (hoping to start easy and get my confidence up) but I’m not even getting that to work! I’m not sure what is wrong with my code. If anyone could shed some light on this, I’d really appreciate it!
