How can I modify the footer layout in Debut theme?

Hi community experts! Hope you guys are well. Could someone please help me? It seems that my Debut theme has a second footer (I dunno how else to call it), maybe it is due to social icons and copyright. Could you please tell me how

  1. can I either align my copyright text with social icons so they are on the same height (bottom aligned) and how I can then make second footer smaller

  2. can I move social Icons and copyright text in the main footer and delete the second footer.

firstly there are come unwanted blank HTML tags that need to be removed >> https://prnt.sc/25afklm .

Also if you want the bottom footer to be in the main footer then it needs code edits in the file.

Can you tell which theme you are using?

Hey, thanks for helping out. I did remove those codes but nothing changed apparently. I am using Debut theme.
