How can I modify the footer menu in the Dawn theme?

Hey, I am trying to do the following to my footer with the dawn theme.

  • Add 3 horizontal columns with headers

  • Remove the “Quick Links” title

this is what mine currently looks like

but I want to change it to look like this (not exactly these headers)
