This is PostPurchaseSurvey.com - the easiest Post Purchase Survey solution on the market. Developed for merchants, by merchants.
The below text is known as a navigation menu. It can be changed from the Shopify admin. Go to:
Settings > Online Store > Navigation
From there you can edit and remove menus as you please.
It’s not there
Try going to Online store > Themes > Customize
It may be a block component that was left over from the original template. Also, if you send me a link to your website, I could look into it further
