How can I modify the header and utility bar in my Empire theme?

1. I would like to add simple text to the Header on the right side

( business phone number )

2. I would like to make the product search bar much smaller

3. I would like to make the Announcement Bar / Utility Bar the same as the below page and text on the left side

4. RENT ONLINE

5. LESSON SIGNUP (instead of make a payment)

I have the Empire theme. Looking for professional help. Thanks!
