How can I modify the height of the menu bar navigation on the Supply theme

Is there a way to reduce the navigation menu bar’s height? There’s too much buffer I think, when the background of the header is white and the menu bar in a specific colour.

It’s the purple navigation bar that I wish to shrink/reduce its height.
