How can I modify the home page code on my Sense theme for SEO improvement?

I need your help. Can you explain the solution to my problem?
And can you tell me how to do it myself?

I’d like to be able to modify the code on my home page on my Sense theme.
I’m not at all sure that this is done in index.json.

I’d like to make some changes to improve the structuring and clarification of the pages on my site for SEO purposes.

For example, at the top of my home page after the h1 for the “subheading” tag, I prefer to use an h2 tag instead of strong to help Google understand the structure and main subject of my page.

And other similar types of changes.

@unefelinevie To update the content of html structure you have to check that particular section code and need to update it from there.

But I’m not sure that it’s in index.json that I can change the structure of the home page?

What’s more, I don’t know how to modify this structure on my Sense theme.
When I try to make a modification, I get an error message when I save. Can you help me resolve this?
