How can I modify the in-stock text on my product page?

I would like to edit the text for in stock units on my product page but unsure where this is located.

I would like to keep the “In stock (units)” and get rid of the ready to be shipped part because some items are pick up only so I do not want to show this.

It cannot be remove by using CSS code, if you don’t mind, can I request a collaborator account to access your store so I can check and help you to remove it?
