how do i change the location of my currency conversion bar? I want it to be in the footer in the middle. I am using the app called “best currency conversion”. how do i also change the way it looks? the font and the box colour and shape?

Please check setting of that app if there is an option to manually customize position or contact support of app so they can do it for you.

Normally, the app will support you change the location, font, color style in app settings.
Have you try to check app settings?
If it does not support as you want, then you need to contact app supporter, they will support for you to make some change as you want.

As I see you are using the Dawn theme,
Dawn theme already support for the same element like that, it called: Country/region selector
You can try to check the footer section and try to use that.
