How can I modify the menu layout in the Symmetry theme?

Hi everyone,

I am new to using Shopify and am currently making a website using the Symmetry theme, under the Duke theme style.

The theme provides a drop down menu on my front page for my products. However, I am looking to put my products on the product site, in categories such as “Shoes, Tees, Accessories etc.” as a header, rather than it being a drop down menu on the first page.

Here is an example of what I am wanting to do

Is there a way around this?
