How can I modify the product page on my online store?

hey everyone was wondering if someone can help me?

i had a store made from someone on fiver and they did amazing job but on the product page i cant add or barely do anything to it like adding text or rich text so on.

so i was going to go to where you can create new template and that isnt an option this is for the product page
