Hi,

On mobile my website shows an ‘account’ icon in the header but on desktop it shows 'Hello [NAME] My Account" text.

I have review your site and compare with the theme. Theme does not provide this. So you have to do some code changes in the file. If you would like to change account icon then I need access of your store.
