How can I modify the Venture theme footer and thumbnail slider?

I managed to fix the arrows on my product page but I cant seem to find how to make the scroller more central to the main image and I want the photos to be squared, so frustrating. I still cannot find how to make the menu horizontal. It looks horrible. Any help would be appreciated.
