How can I modify the 'Video with Text' section layout in Dawn theme?

Hello,

Looking for some help. Still new to the Shopify system.

I like how the “Image with text” section operates and the simple options offered for it in Dawn theme. But I am disappointed that the “Video with text” section doesn’t offer the same options for layout as the text section.

It makes zero sense that these don’t have similar options. See images for info.

Wondering if it is possible to convert the Video with text section to similar layout options as the text section? How would that work?
