I purchased an exam on my other Shopify account, but wanted to use it on this one instead. How can I transfer it over to the other account (I saw another post regarding this issue, but it didn’t say how). Thanks!

The exam still hasn’t been transferred.
Please kindly sign out of the Shopify Academy and try logging back in. This will refresh the profile and display the updated information for you.
