How can I move banner buttons and optimize for mobile on Turbo theme?

I would love some help regarding how to fix/customize the below from my theme: https://6mjg65z5bpbppubu-42835378336.shopifypreview.com

I would like to move the buttons as explained here:

Also how do I optimize these edits for mobile so that the sizes of the buttons are smaller on mobile and so that the banner video plays automatically?

You can try this code by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Paste the below code at the bottom of the file → Save
