I am trying to figure out how portions of my descriptions can move to the drop down sections where they should be ( example sizing info is still in my product description and there’s nothing in the drop down “sizing info section”

Depending on the theme you are using, the drop down sections does not auto populate with the product descriptions. You can use metafield to autopopulate the dropdown. Please read for more information about metafield.
