How can I move text under an image in the Pipeline theme?

Hello,

I’m trying to move the text of a custom section to below the image. Currently it only allows the text to place over the image. The theme is Pipeline and the section is a custom section with 2 image blocks.

The text is still overlayed on the image. I’ve sent you a DM explaining further, but we need the text to go below the image like this picture. And for mobile we want the images to stack with the text below both images.

@FattyPack Oh you can just remove media query for that. I set media query for desktop so it not changes in mobile view. Like this:
