How can I move the country/region currency section to the header in Dawn theme?

Hi,

Can I ask if there is a way for me to bring the Country/region currency section from the bottom (image 1) to the header (image 2)?

I am trying to figure out how to place it under the search/login/cart icons in the header.

Step1: Online store > Themes > Edit code > theme.liquid

Step2: Find and paste this code above
