How can I move the header below the image banner on the 'Dawn' theme?

Hello there

I have removed the Announcement Bar and Header from the top of my page.

I would like to place them below my image banner like the example below.

I am using the ‘Dawn’ theme just like the example website above . Does anyone know the code to change this?

It can be done by doing some code customization. Please take the help of a developer and hire Shopify Expert or me
