How can I obtain a W-9 form from Shopify for vendor setup?

Our company was recently acquired by a larger company. This new company would like a W-9 from Shopify to set our Shopify store up as a vendor in SAP.

How do I get a W-9 from Shopify?

My understanding is that a W9 form is something you’d get from the IRS (not from Shopify).
