When contacting our Support team, you usually will just need your store login details. However, if you are needing a pin for authentication, you can head to pin.shopify.com and access your pin there.

If you get a pin. Isn’t that to protect your store from going live until you are ready for customers to see it. Password protected. Or am I confused
