We offer a Local Pickup option on our store but the customer’s name and contact details doesn’t show on the order (other than email address). This means we cannot print the person’s name on the shipping label for the order to be collected and we have no means of contacting them other than by email in case of fraudulent orders or any issues with their purchase.
Is there a way of doing this?

Thanks for posting to the forums.
Can you elaborate on how you have enabled your local pick up option? If using the native Shopify option there should always be a name provided or the checkout process can’t be completed.
If you could provide more context, including your domain and the local pick up products for testing, that would be great!
We are using the ‘Local pickup’ option in the Shipping and delivery section using our Tap Room as a location.
As far as I’m aware all our products are available for collection.
