Hey there! I have multiple payment methods in my store and I would to add a discount when the user selects ‘Bank Transfer’. Is there any way to do this?

Rein here from Shopify. I see you are looking for a way to offer discounts based on the payment gateway selected at checkout.
There would actually be no way to directly manage that within Shopify. What I would suggest is perhaps utilizing some sort of promotional rebate system whereby you refund X% depending on the gateway chosen manually.

It is possible to implement this using our free app Payment Customizations: PayMix.
You can setup a rule in PayMix to “Show specific payment methods and hide others” when the cart contains discount.
