Hi all,
I hope someone can help ![]()
We would like to offer a special discount on 2 products. Buy both products for £16 saving £3.99. One of the items is £11.99 and the other is £8. How can we achieve this? I have tried many types/combinations of discounts but I can’t find anything that works for us.
The main problem is that we also offer a 10% members discount which we apply to all products, with the exception of reduced/special offer items.
When I add the 2 products to the basket and attempt to apply the members discount code (to check it doesn’t apply the extra discount) it works as expected, but when I add a random additional product to the basket it overides the special offer and applies 10% discount to all products. I don’t want to set the 2 products to not allow discount, because a member might want to buy only 1 of these items and receive their members discount.
Ideally we want to offer this discount whilst also allowing members to get discount off other items in the same transaction. We have an online store and a bricks and mortar store.
I hope this makes sense to someone! ![]()
Many thanks,
Sarah
