You can do this with Codify Prepaid Plus — it lets you offer discounts for all or selected prepaid payment methods and automatically applies/removes the discount based on the customer’s payment choice.

If you are on Shopify plus, then this app that we created should solve your use case. You can give discounts not only on the basis of Prepaid or postpaid, but you can give incentive based on other payment modes as well.

We tried setting this up last week and it’s honestly frustrating that Shopify doesn’t let you map discounts to specific gateways natively. If you just put a banner on the cart page saying Use code PREPAID for 5% off, customers end up applying it to COD or postpaid orders anyway, and then staff have to manually fix it before shipping. It creates so much unnecessary back-and-forth and friction at checkout just to incentivize upfront payments.
