How can I offer free shipping for combined product orders?

So, I have set product series A into a Free shipping profile, that have two options:

  1. Country-wide Free Shipping
  2. Local Region Free Shipping with Free installation

And, I have set product series B into a $10 flat rate shipping profile.

The current situation is, when customer buy for A + B, they can only choose $10 flat rate at checkout, the two options in series A are not displayed.

Is there any solution out there that, when customer buys any of A + B:

  • The whole order will be free shipping?
  • Customer will be able to choose the two options preset in series A

Hi @LERHO

When using multiple shipping profiles, if orders contain products from different profiles or locations, this will result in combined rates at the checkout and the higher rate is charged. Currently, the only available workaround would be to use an app like Multi Carrier Shipping Label App to set up more specific shipping rules as you are asking.

Hi Anindita, just installed the app you’ve suggested. Seems it is for the buying-shipping-label enhancement, which it does not have “more specific shipping rules” setting.
