How can I offer free shipping to specific locations?

Try this

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
  2. Click on the shipping zone where you want to add the free shipping rate.
  3. Under the “Rates at checkout” section, click on “Add rate”.
  4. Enter a name for the free shipping rate (e.g. “Local delivery”).
  5. Under “Conditions”, select “Based on order price or weight”.
  6. Set the minimum and maximum order price/weight to “0”.
  7. Under “Locations”, select “Add location group”.
  8. Enter the zip codes or regions where you want to offer free shipping.
  9. Set the shipping rate to “Free”.
  10. Save the shipping rate.
