I’m having trouble optimizing my banner for both mobile & desktop. I’ve tried following along with the forums but have no luck. I have the theme Brooklyn can someone help?

for better banner views on mobile and desktop need to use seprate banners on mobile and desktop because mobile uses vertical banners while desktop uses mostly horizontal banners so inside section please provide 2 options for banner upload 1 for mobile and 1 for desktop and use them via media queries of css.
