How can I optimize the checkout process and product images on my IMPULS theme site?

I would really like your help with my site which operates on the shopify platform with IMPULS theme

  1. How do I shorten and simplify the checkout process (mainly on mobile and also on desktop)

  2. How to reduce the product images size on product page on mobile so that a teaser is created (now the Pic take all the space) – so viewer understand that there is a sequel below the image?
