How can I overlay text on an image in the mobile version?

Hi,

Is there any way with custom css to make this work? I want the text over the image. Either a text block with a image next to it or a image overlay function. Doesn’t really matter. I can do this in the web version, but don’t know how to do this in the mobile version.
