I would like to pause my shop or cancel it, but I have used an integration to integrate with etsy and I am afraid I may lose the listings.
Also when I go on Plan, there is no option for me to pause or deactivate the shop.

In your Shopify admin, if you navigate to Settings > Plan, do you see the Deactivate store button, as seen on the image below?
If you do, you can click on this button and it’ll allow you to then choose between deactivating your store or moving to the Pause and Build plan.
Keep in mind that to be eligible to pause your store, you’ll need to have passed the free trial period and is currently on a paid plan on your store. You won’t be able to move to the Pause and Build plan if your store doesn’t meet these requirements. You can find more information about pausing and cancelling your store on this help guide.
When it comes to your Etsy integration, how are you currently syncing your Etsy listings? We won’t be able to verify what will happen to your listings if you decide to pause or close your store — you’ll need to either contact the third-party app you’re using to help with your Etsy integration, or directly verify this with the Etsy support team. They’re in the best position to confirm any other queries you may also have in relation to you Etsy listings or integration.
Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason why you’re looking to step away from your store for the time being?
