May I know how can I pause or close down my shopify store

Thanks for reaching out.

If you would like to Pause or deactivate your online store you will need to navigate to Settings > Plan. Once you make it there, you can select the option to Deactivate store. If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or you can start a new store.
