Hey, [email removed]MitchB2! Welcome to Shopify Community!

I’d love to help you out with your billing concern. PayPal is an available payment method for your Shopify invoices, however, it’s only offered to selected countries. It’s currently available to merchants based in all countries apart from the United States and India. Merchants based in Australia and Canada can use PayPal to pay for their bills if the billing currency is set to USD.

If PayPal is available to your location, it should appear as an option when you log into your admin, and you’re prompted to select a plan and pay for an invoice. If PayPal doesn’t appear, a credit card or a co‑branded debit card that meets the requirements listed on this page is the only payment method you can use. I recommend looking into getting one to pay for your Shipping billing.

Should you need further clarification about billing, you can refer to this FAQ page anytime. If you need information on our subscription plans to help you pick one you can check out our pricing page or ask questions here. I’ll be happy to help you find the best plan for your business!

How can I change my credit card to another to pay for plan, if my store is inactive and I don’t have access to admin settings?

Hey, [email removed]Gor1! Welcome to Shopify Community!

I understand you would like to update your billing payment method. You can do this even if your store is inactive or frozen. Simply log into your store and you will be prompted to pay for your outstanding invoice. You will have the option to choose your preferred payment method during that process.

Feel free to give that a try and let me know if you encounter any issues. If you have questions related to billing, you can refer to our Billing FAQ here. Don’t hesitate to respond if you need further assistance or have questions that aren’t answered by the FAQ page. I’m here to help!
