How can I permanently delete my account and all associated data?

Hello, I wound like to permanent delete my account and all the data associated with it, but when I go to the “help center” I’m meet by this rather unhelpful bot that wants me to click links that are not there for me. Nowhere on the page is there a “contact support”. I have seen the other “account deletion” discussion on this forum but I have the same problem there, I follow the link but there are no “contact support” form where I can fill in my issue.

I Just want my account removed and this has taken me 2 h so far, it should not be this hard, please help!

That can happen sometimes.

Once solution is to try and reload the page, or try to clear your browser cache and cookies, then go to access the page again.

What you suggested worked, I was able to contact support.

I have now been in contact with a support technician. There is a slight issue, It does not matter how explicitly I try to explain that I want my account deleted (not the store I have on my account) he/she does not seem to understand and tries to time and time again explain to me that my store has been deleted. But this is not what I am after.

How should I formulate myself to this support technician so that he/she understands that I want my account deleted? We have now sent 17 mails back and forth but he/she refuses to delete my account (or does not understand what “termination of an account” mean). I am thoroughly annoyed at this point!

Is there a particular concern that you have regarding the deletion of the account?

Once your stores are closed, you are no longer charged/contacted regarding the store.

According to our Privacy Policy, all of your data is deleted after 2 years since the closure of your account.

There may be a confusion in the request since your account and your stores are closed, but if you would like to have all of your data deleted, you can of course request that following the same link that I shared earlier!
