How can I place an image above the header in the Dawn theme?

Hello!

I want to place the image that’s below the header, here, above it and keep it there globally like the header itself. Would anyone know how to code that? The shop is using the Dawn theme.

You can try to keep an Announcement bar like this >> https://prnt.sc/223lbi2

you can find this in Theme customizations. This header is global and will be shown on every page.
