How can I present my website in Dutch and English on one domain?

Hi,

I’m using the debut theme. I want to use two languages in one Dutch domain: Dutch and English.

How can I make my website be accessible to two languages in that way:

• If the user is entering the website in the Netherlands - present the website in Dutch -https://www.companyname.nl
• Otherwise, present in Englishhttps://www.companyname.nl/en
• The user can choose between NL/EN languages at any time

Can I do it?

If yes, how can I do it?

I tried the app you suggested and other mores, but I need an app that allows me to see one screen with the language I already wrote the content and another screen of the language I want manually to add the content in the second langauge.

I wrote all the content directly in the sections in customization mode, not separately on each page.

I mean, not here:

Which app allows me to do it that way?
