My inventory for invoicing “out of state” customers is mixed in with our “online store” items. The online store items ALL have pictures attached to them. Our customers have access to the online store. I don’t have proof, but I think that they are accidentally clicking on my “inventory w/no pictures” and accidentally deleting the products that I have set up within the category. Is there some way to keep them out of there (i.e., security code, passcode, etc.) This is very frustrating when I got to invoice the customer and those items are GONE. Please help!!!

This is impossible. Customers will have no way to delete your product.
They can only operate on the frontend and everything is managed by you. If you don’t allow it, no one can delete the products that you have set up within the category.
