How can I prevent fraud on my ecommerce platform?

  1. Very little orders from shopify.

  2. Paid around $100 fees to shopify each month.

  3. 2021 total order amount: 9 Orders, total sales: $971.59,

4 fraud Orders, Total lose $801.59

  1. All orders shipped with requirement of signatures. All with tracking numbers and tracking information available.

  2. Call the customer service and the staff was nice to answer my concerns but the second day, shopify payment system with my store has been closed. We lost the money and goods and shopify punished unfairly our account.

  3. It shame.
