How can I prevent high fraud orders from processing?

Hello, we have recently, (the last two weeks) had a surge of high fraud users that we have been using a third party app to manually go through and remove, refund etc.

Talking with Shopify they can only seem to offer support on their plus plans?

This seems pretty cheeky, as they tell us they are high fraud.. is there anyway for high fraud orders to get stopped before they go through. We don’t mind letting real customers (that may of been flagged by accident as high risk) contact us directly, but any help on how we can deal with high risk orders?

May I ask what third-party app you are using to manage your orders?

Some third-party apps allow you to control how you want to deal with Shopify-rated Medium and High-risk orders, which includes our app, Beacon.

For any high risk of orders, you want to always carefully examine what is going on. Is there a pattern with the high-risk orders coming in? IP address, Shipping and billing address mismatch, etc…
