How can I prevent Klaviyo emails from landing in spam?

Hello, can anyone help me with this problem. I’ve started forwarding emails from my Shopify Klaviyo app to customers but they went directly to their spam folder, how to overcome it? It’s so bad and frustrating. Can anyone help me with me that?
First sender email was simple from gmail but now i’ve changed it and get a forwarding email from hover but still problem continues.
