I have a previous work page and a shipping and policy page. My photos and set up from the previous work page appear on the bottom of my shipping and policy page. I DELETED and then created new shipping and policy page and problem still persist. I then went to shipping and policy page and hid the multicolumn but it also hid it from the previous work page. Please help this is maddening.

Have you check pages in shopify admin ? check the content carefully and take back up first and remove unwanted code. or check template file in the sidebar of the page.
