How can I prevent tag names from appearing in my website's meta title?

Hi!

I have a problem with my website. The meta title often pulls from tags. For example:

New Collection – Tagged “Colour_Yellow”– Lara Heems Jewellery

It happens for all tags. What can I do so I am only left with New Collection – Lara Heems Jewellery in my meta title?
