I’d like to know how to stop Facebook Messenger icon on my page from transforming into a greeting button.
When our website is first loaded, a Facebook messenger icon pops up.
After a few seconds the button transforms into a rectangular box with greetings.
This didn’t used to be a problem, but I started using an app which have customer reviews popping up near the bottom of the page.
This transformation of the Messenger icon now overlaps with those reviews.
Is there a way to make it stay an icon shape instead of transforming into a greeting box after a few seconds?
When it stays an icon it overlaps with reviews but does not create the chaos it is right now and is very much acceptable to me.
