How can I print monthly payout fees instead of daily on Shopify?

Hi is there a way to print off the fees for my payouts, grouping togeather as monthly and not daily ? as i have a payout daily and its too much paperwork, i ned to print off them monthly. ?

Welcome to the Community forum. This is Luna, from Shopify. I can definitely understand why it is important to have a report of your monthly payout fees. I’m happy to make a suggestion to achieve this faster.

First, you can bring up your payout information by following these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. In the Shopify Payments section, click the View payouts button.
  3. Export Payouts as a CSV file for the month of interest:

You will then have a downloaded copy of your CSV file including all payout information for that month. From there, I suggest using the sum option to calculate the payout fee total. You can learn how to do that in this third-party resource here. This will save you from having to add them manually.

but im looking for something more of an app if possible so i have to do less work.

Hi there - you can use the “Financial / Shopify Payout Reconciliation” report to start. That will show you the payout fees by month. If you need help seeing something different, feel free to contact me in the live chat in the app
