You can definitely refund your customer’s PayPal transaction directly from your Shopify Admin.
On your Shopify Admin, you can navigate to Orders > Click on the order you’d like to refund > Click Refund as shown in the image below.
From there, you’ll be taken to the Refund page where you’ll need to enter the quantity for the products that you wish to refund. Once done, double check that the refund amount is correct, then click on the green Refund button.
